I found my cat one day when in followed me into my home. I put out flyers and an ad in the paper and also checked at the shelter. No one has claimed her. I’m going to keep her should I take her to the vet? What should I do?

Hey Alyssa.I think I found Tripper.I will message you.He was found in a trash can with ropes around his arms and legs.He had a peice of cloth wrapped around his mouth.He had blood and sores.
