There is nothing wrong with having a litter box outside for them. IF they have one outdoors and they use it, then it makes it easier for them when they are indoors and they use it. It does not confuse them.

my cats have a cat house with a litter box inside but even if it was outdoor cats I would still have a litter box

i think outside cats r supposed to like dig up dirt and then do they’re stuff but if he just poo’s all over the grass area w/ out burring it u should get a litter box

Most of the time outdoor cats are aloud to do there buisness where ever they want but it is perfectly fine to put a litterbox outside, if you don’t want you cat ruining your lawn!

No because he will go to the bathroom outside. But keep one inside and food and water bowl too for when he does come inside for the night or when it wants to just come inside.

It all depends. One of my cats goes outside and goes outside instide. It’s actully easier for you if your cat is outside most of the time.
