i was walking downthe stairs to get ready to change my cats ( pringels) literbox. i half way down until pringels ran and jumped off the steps then she quikly turned around and had her but in the sky and her paws and head on the floor, and mad it seem like she does not want me to changre litter box it happenns every time ! what do i do!

Sounds to me like she’s just playing.
Next time she does that, before she jumps, have a toy ready and throw it for her to chase!
