Yesterday’s entry featured a design for a cool cat hammock that a design student at the College for Creative Studies in Detroit created. It’s not for sale anywhere, as it was a college project, but her portfolio is pretty detailed as far as the design & creation process - so much so that I think it’d be relatively simple to try on your own. If I get all of my rooms painted before I have to go back to school this fall, I may have to try my hand at one of these!

LoL - thanks, but thankfully I have a whole month left! Teachers dread the start of school just as the students do! ;-)

7th & 8th grade language arts, which basically means "writing" in my district. They split the "English" curriculum into reading & language arts at the middle school level.
