For ex, sabor-tooth tigers. they were around before domestic cats, around 4,000 years.they were around during the ancient egyption times, who were very, very loved and even worshipped by them. when a cat died, they were mummified like pharoas were and lived in a lap of luxery! cats were around during the medieval time, unfortunately some thought of them as evil or witches. btu aboard a ship where tons of food were on and rats, cats did the people a favor: they ate the mice & rats that were getting into the food. rodents were an infestation and the cats cleared it up mostly. cats were around in china who were part of royalty for the emperor.
