I LOVE Animal Crossing also, and my parents say that I’m going to get a Wii soon.

I’ve got animal crossing on the DS. Don’t buy a wii though, most of the games are actually pretty boring after about 5 minutes. It doesn’t have enough “real” games, just a lot of “party” games and kiddy games.

I like the Wii though and have played it for about a combined 200 hours at friends houses. I have also played the DS but there are no sports games on it.

I guess it depends on what kinds of games you like. I don't like sports games personally.
