Some people are putting faces (emoticons) in their posts, and I just wanted to know how they do it. I’m also pretty sure I’m allowed to post this question, because it has to do with cats.com

well, just click shift than on your keypad, by the letter “L” you see a comma undernieth a dot. so, again click on shift and the dots and then shift again and over 0 there is a line like this: ) and here is what the dots look like: : so, here is the smiley.

They only appear in ANSWERS - for whatever reason, the site creators don't have it programmed to include emoticons in comments.
