Why is my cat limping after getting her feline leukemia shot? Is that normal?

She just got her shot yesterday and i am really worried because she looks like she is in extreme pain and can hardly walk…please help!

I wouldn’t say it’s normal, but it happens.

The vaccination often causes extream swelling at the vaccination site and it can cause severe pain such as limping. Keep an eye on it… if she doesn’t stop limping in the next couple of days I would certainly let the vet know she’s having a bad reaction to the vaccination.
