My cat keeps gagging like he wants to vomit. Sometimes he does vomit but is not always. Most of the time he just gags… Its been like that since I think he was 1 year old. Now he’s 2 and a half years.
Ive tried giving him hairball remedy but doesnt seem to work. He keeps doing it.

My dog does the same thing. Some animals have trouble coping with dry air expecially during winter with the heater on all day. That might be irrating the throught. If you have a humidifier then turn it on. Your cat may also have an alergie problem. A visit to your vet should provide some answers.

like annapop said, it could be the dry air, but you might want to take him for a check up at the Vet!
