Frankly unless you can catch both the kittens and the mother and bring them indoors, and preferably to a veterinarian, there\\\’s not much you can do about it. If you can\\\’t catch the mother first but try to handle the kittens, she\\\’ll just move them somewhere more hidden.
Why did your cat have her kittens outdoors? If she was that close to giving birth, she should never have been allowed outside. The weakness of her kittens makes me think she wasn\\\’t getting proper food either. If the litter is that small and weak they may not survive.
Once the kittens are weaned, if they they don\\\’t die, please have your cat spayed! Many millions of cats and kittens are killed in shelters every year because there aren\\\’t enough homes for them, and that doesn\\\’t even include the ones that are living on their own outdoors that die alone (like that 4th kitten). There\\\’s no reason to let your cat breed like that, it is contributing to animal cruelty and suffering. An unspayed cat can have anywhere from 2 to 4 litters every year, with 3 to 6 kittens in each litter. There\\\’s no way you can ensure good homes for all those kittens.

keep them indoors or take them to the humain sociaty or vet to take care of them for a while. They may not survive if they stay outside-being exposed to the elements-so at the very least bring them in.

The first thing you should do is take the kittens to the vet. If you can\\\’t keep them, sell them or put them up for adoption. Then you should get your cat spayed so she can\\\’t have more kittens.

Just make sure if you want to give them away or sell them that you talk with the potential adopter to make sure that the kittens will be going to a loving home. And remember to spay your cat.

You may be partly right, about the mother not being fit to raise them. But it is very hard for a mother cat to raise kittens properly, especially outdoors. I agree with telegramsam that the mother may not have been getting proper food. If she was not being fed by humans, she probably had many days of no food other than a few spiders and moths, and that is definitely not enough to feed five cats. Also, the kittens probably have worms or are sick.
