Um… not likely. And 12 months is no longer a “little kitten” - that’s adult age. Please, as soon as she has had her litter, have her spayed. Don’t contribute to the overpopulation of cats on our streets and in our shelters.

no she won’t die kittens go into heat…uh…I think it is like 2 months old…and they can get pregnant at that age too.

The youngest age to give birth is 6 months, at that age they could die yes but my cat is a little over a year and she is really good at caring for her kittens. It is more likely that her kittens will die than her! So don’t worry!
