(If you’ve seen the first question about Smoky, it’ll make more sense.) Before we went to PetCo to get a syringe and a bottle, we fed him LandOLakes white milk because we didn’t have anything else. Now Smoky is pooping and urinating then being hungry again. His urine looks fine, but his poo is a kind of a yellow and really stinks. Is my baby sick?

Cats are lactose intollerant (cannot digest it properly), and should not be given any cows milk.

Hi Kayla, stop the feeding of milk to your kitty immediately. Kitties cannot break down cow\\\’s milk in their little tummies, they get diarrhea, lose nutrients and weight. Go back to Petco and ask a person that works there for a formula to feed a new kitty. They will do a good job in helping you find the proper nutrition for Smokey. Good luck and let us know how you make out!
