my cats butt looks like he has bloody hemroids or something, but he doesn’t seem bothered by it. He still has plenty of energy and apetite. It’s been like this for 2 days now.

I think you should let a vet take care of this. he may have pooped something out that he wasn’t supposed to.

This sounds quite serious. My male cat had the exact problem, and when I took him to the vet they said it often happens to male cats and that it has something to do with the kidney’s. I suggest also taking your cat to the vet or pet clinic to get checked out just in case.
