My cat is leaving a gray matter that looks like thick cream on the carpet in the cellar. I can’t determine if she is passing it or throwing it up. Could you help?

How frequently is it occurring? Does it happen after you feed her something specific? Creamy/grey sounds more like something vomit-esque than something she would pass. If she spends a good deal of time in the cellar, maybe she is eating something down there that is bothering her? Is there any solid matter in it?
If it is happening with any regularity, you should probably just take her, and maybe a sample of the grey matter, to the vet.
Good luck!!

yea, it does sound like vomit. but yes, you should see if there is anything in the basement that your cat is getting into thats making it sick. and take him/her to the vet as soon as possible. another thing is, him/her might have worms…….
