What is the oldest cat you are aware of? “Promo”, the office cat at the radio station where I work lived for 20 years plus! We all still miss her, but now we have a black cat named “Spot”. Let’s hope she is as lucky!

Purrsonally, I know two 22 year old cats who are still healthy and going strong. It’s likely they still have many more years ahead of them.
According to the Guinness Book of Records the oldest living cat is a 31 year old Burmese named Kataleena Lady, who was born on March 11th, 1977 and currently lives in Melborne, Australia.
The cat the lived the longest Ever on record was Cream Puff of lived to be 38.
Second oldest to Cream Puff is Puss who lived to be 36.
Third oldest was Grandpa at 34, a sphyx who was rescued from a Humane Society in Texas.

my mother had a cat which lived for 17 1/2 years and it did not die of a natural death if a dog wouldn’t have bit it although it still looked young!

Many cats i have seen are 18-20 years old cats.

I know of a cat who just passed this year and was 23 years old. He was a siamese.
