My cat and her itching

2 Answers  |  Asked By: atdharma   2

My cat is more than normal scratching herself and sometimes when I rub in those areas then she really digs into whatever she can get her teeth into - gets very excited. She is only indoors, no other pets, no hair loss, appetite is good and stool is normal. Any thoughts?

Well, all I know is that cats sometimes itch themselves for a variety of reasons, it may be she’s stressed, she could have some fleas, or mites, it can be serveral things. To be sure of these or to discover its something you never expected, check with your vet.
