Yes, you should probably taker her to the vet. If her eye has been scratched it could become infected, and she could become blind in that eye.

I agree take her to the vet but if it was any thing like what my cats had they had green goo in their eyes i would clean it out every day it was like pink eye, my cats seem fine today but I should take them to the vet to make sure nothing is serious, if you dont know the level of iratation or disconfort take your cat to the vet.
