my cat has a very thin pink line arond her eyes-or eyelids. is that a disease?

I believe you are talking about the conjunctiva, the mucus membrane that lines the inside of the eyelid, and is the surface surrounding the eyeball itself. That is perfectly normal, and the proper color.
