She might have something as simple as pink eye. You need to take her to the vet to make sure she gets the proper diagnosis and treatment. Letting it go could allow her to suffer in pain and eventually cause her to go blind.

Pus is an indication of infection. Take her to the vet. But pus is cloudy. If it is clear like tears, she could easily have hay fever, some other allergy, or even a cold. You say no allergies, but even testing humans for allergies can take months (unless you are testing for one particular allergy). In testing humans they test on clear skin (usually the back), and testing for over 100 foods/chemicals/materials each week for months. And that is only testing for the most common allergens. I can\\\’t imagine shaving a cat and making it go through that process (and since the cat is so much smaller than a human, it could take years to say it has no allergies).. Also, allergies aren\\\’t necessarily permanent. Allergies can develop over time, and can disappear over time.

You need to take her to a vet and explain the whole thing, cover her eyes with a cloth and put her in her carring cage. do this all gently and dont touch her eyes. : )
