A stroke is basically when the brain is cut off from blood flow. I imagine that can happen to cats too. And I’ve heard it is possible. But rare…? I don’t know.

Yes. You can ruduce the risk of heat stroke when your cat is outside by leaving out water.

Uh huh. As mischief_cat123 (me cousin) said, it’s when the brain is cut off from blood flow. And that can happen to cats. So in conclusion, my final answer is yes!!

I tried to search on the internet for stroke symptoms but there was nothing. Sorry.
