It may be some allergy or maybe she has consumed something other than what you are feeding her. You may also have cat acne, which is more common on older cats. If it is cat acne, you may want to wait for it to go away, or ask the vet if he has something like antibodics for it. Cats may have many diseases. A swelled up lip is a symptom of abscess that is cause because pf bacteria infecting. You could take some anti-bacterial medicine and MAYBE give your cat a bath with soap. If these spots don’t go away as quickly as you think they should, you should probably call the vet.

t is some allergy or she has eaten some thing bad. It can be cat acne so you should not worry about these spots. Give her some antibiotic medicine and she will be perfectly ok.

Cats can have several infectious diseases. Swelled lip is a symptom of abscess that is caused due to bacterial infection. Take some anti-bacterial medicine and also give bath to your cat with soap. Take your dog to vet if this condition continues for long.

If they are just spots of red color, it is probably just irritation from an allergy or minor injury from bumping something and poses no problem. If, however, the skin itself is disappearing or appears ulcerated, that is a medical problem, and you should take it to a vet.
