Hope you got your cat to the vet in time. It’s suffering from a urinary tract infection and it’s urethra is blocked. It must be cathed to allow the urine to exit. If you leave your cat like that it will die from organ failure from the urine poisioning it.

I’m sorry, but he most likely has a stomach tumor, which may be cancer. You have to take him to the vet as soon as possible, this may be fatal.
