The cat I rescued tested positive for Feline Aids. How do they get that and what is the treatment, if any.

feline aids is transmitted from cat to cat in their saliva , and if he tested positive most likely you have to put him to sleep, unfortunally there is no cure for feline aids , the only way to prevent feline aids or lukemia is to have your cat checked and vaccine . My cousin just had the same problem with her cat and unfortunally had to be put to sleep , if you get a cat is better to keep him indoors.
