NO!!!!!!!! Absolutely not!
NEVER GIVE A CAT ASPIRIN!!!
It will kill the cat. Never give a cat any human medication without the advice of a vet.
Cats have a VERY slow metabolism. So when you give them a tiny dose of a medication, it will stay in their body far, far longer than other animals, such as a dog. Aspirin is one of the worst and will almost instantly start to destroy the cat’s kidneys and liver. Do not ever give your cat a medication without a vet visit first!
Pain control for cats is in it’s infantile stages at best, and there isn’t much out there for vets to safely work with. It is important that you treat the problem (the teeth), not try to bandaid and mask the pain. Your cat needs to see a vet.

NEVER EVER EVER EVER GIVE A CAT APSRIN OR ADVIL! Both are lethal to cats. If you’re cats gums are swelling take him to a vet, specialy if he’s not eating. A couple years ago my cat got a mouth infection. It got so bad we had to put him down! Don’t let it get that far!

I think advil is better than asprin - at least it fixes my constant gum swelling
