Can Anybody help me?

My Cat has Scabs All over her body. The Vet Did help for a while but it came back. We have tried to spray her with many varities of medicenes but they do not help much. She is not allergic to her food because we tried different food. We even tried keeping her in. Nothing is helping. What can I Do?

My cat Smudge was also covered in scabs at one time. Have you had a death in the family that the cat was close to. He could be in mourning. Also my vet reccommended that I feed my cats only Purnga Cat Chow because it has no preservatives. Even if your cat isn’t allergic to his food, there may be something n ot that is causing him to have a bad reaction. I hope some of this helps, I know how helpless I felt when I couldn’t get rid of the scabs on my cat. He suffered for several months Good luck

Not that I know of just that she did have kittens she didn't have scabs before that though...

I totally agree with cgeren that your cat may be mourning, and that your cat may be pulling out her fur.

How big are the scabs?? When I adopted my newest cat he was covered in scabs but they were from flea bites.

They aren't flee bites because she doesn't have fleas. Good Idea though

We did switch 2 the Purina Cat Chow and it is helping!!! Thank U SOOOOOOOO MUCH!!!!
