i found vids on youtube of cats eating corn ON the cob but not sure why! is it ok?

It probably won\\\’t hurt the cat to nibble on some PLAIN corn (no salt or butter added), but it shouldn\\\’t be part of its regular diet by any means. Corn is used as a filler in most cat foods (unfortunately), and is a common food allergen.

I think the corn the kitten was chewing on had been buttered, so the odor, flavor and texture seemed OK to the kitten. But I would not recommend it. You definitely do not want your cat to get used to human food.

its perficly fine to give them corn cubobs. i eat of the corn and then give my cat the cubobs all they will do is nibble on them if they like. it wont hurt them.
