My cats LOVE them, but one of my cats…. (simba) is kind of PUDGIE and this may be because my father (oh my) leaves out a stupid self feeder, but really, are they healthy?

No, they are in fact quite UNhealthy. Any treat can contribute to weight problems, but this type of treat is quite likely to do so.
Consider the ingredients:
Wheat Flour, Liver, Beef, Glycerine, Water Sufficient for Processing, Chicken Meal, Torula Dried Yeast, Animal Fat (BHA and Citric Acid used as Preservatives), Tuna, Calcium Sulfate, Dried Egg Product, Phosphoric Acid, Dried Cheese Product, Potassium Chloride, Salt, Titanium Dioxide, Potassium Sorbate (Used as Preservative), Red 40, Yellow 5, Blue 1, BHA (Used as a Preservative).
Wheat flour, animal digest, beef, glycerine, water sufficient for processing, soybean flour, dried fish protein digest, torula dried yeast, chicken, animal fat (BHA used as a preservative), calcium sulfate, dried egg product, phosphoric acid, dried cheese product, potassium chloride, salt, sorbic acid (used as a preservative), natural flavor, titanium dioxide, yellow 5, BHA (preservative).
Wheat flour, beef, liver, water sufficient for processing, wheat gluten, glycerine, dried egg product, chicken meal, torula dried yeast, calcium sulfate, tuna, animal fat (preserved with BHA), phosphoric acid, dried cheddar cheese, potassium sorbate, salt, potassium chloride, titanium dioxide, red 40, BHA (preservative).
Wheat is an allergen, and is also a grain. Grains are not good for cats. I won’t go over every single ingredient, but there is one that concerns me and one that annoys me.
Cats don’t care what color their food is - these treats contain coloring to appeal to humans. That’s stupid and …. well stupid.
And BHA is a known carcinogen. So basically you have cancer in a bottle here.
Toss them. If you want to offer treats, use dehydrated meats or organs, or even dry food. Dry food isn’t healthy either but at least it typically has better ingredients.

not nesaseraly they arn’t they are like candy to us so they are treats to cats that means never give them more than 3 at a time. and do not give them one if it is going crazy or just being bad.

Pounce treats are like other treats, your cats may love or hate the treats, and they also are not good if you give your cats them every day all the time. My cats get ponce treats when they are acting very well behaved and when they seem like the best cats in the world, which they are usualy not.
Pounce treats are not good for them to give them like food.
They are like any other treats not to much and then they are ok.
