I’m not sure what information you’re looking for but I’m assuming because “gas” is in the keywords, your cat gets gas from eating cheese.
That’s not surprising because most cats are lactose intolerant and can’t digest cow’s milk in any form (milk, cheese, yogurt, etc) and you really shouldn’t let your cat eat dairy foods.
