i think my cat injured its tail …what can i do for him

if your cat has an ingured tail, most people would recommend to go to a vet. The vet will examine your cat and tell you wat is wrong, and will tell you the medicine and stuff to use. The ingured tail might be a minor problem, like it scrathed its tail to hard, or something bit it, but it might be more serious like a sprain, or a broken tail. So, to my point, i say go to a vet.

Very good answer, warriorcat11. I just want to add that if the skin is broken, an abcess could form very quickly without treatment. Please see your vet.

how is it injured?, if you slammed it in a door, you should go to your vet, but if theirs hair missing, or a little cut or somtphing, put somtphing on it to sooth it, and make it as sterile as possible.
