Yes the bears would eat your cats. And it is way too cold out there for the cats to survive. It is freezing cold out there.

Bears eat roots and bulbs, grasses and other vegetation, nuts, berries, apples, grubs, ants, rodents, fish, and larger animals when they can catch them or already dead ones if they can find them.
So maybe bears can eat a animal like cats, moles and other small animals

First of all your cat cannot survive in such a cold climate only snow leopards and some other big cats survive in that climate because they adapted themselves to that environment.
Bears eat fish,nuts,roots and bulbs, grasses,apples and small animals.
polar bears eat seals and some other animals
