well i would put on it a flea collar

Make sure it is a saftey collar, or a breakaway collar! That way if they get their collar caught on something and a dog is coming for them, they can pull their collar off.

all colars r stupied. my word of advice is buy your cat a body colar that goas over the body dut its the same type of colar

Collars can choke a cat if it gets caught on something. Buy a harness.
