My cat just got pregnat, & she’s really bored since i caged her, because when my last cat had kittens, she hid them in a spot where there are snakes, how can i play with my cat CAREFULLY to where i wont hurt the kittens in-side her?

I really don’t think you should be keeping your cat in a cage. I can see why you would want to protect her and the kittens but I really don’t think caging her is the answer.

Instead you should confine her to a room in your home when it’s time for her to have the kittens (about 66 days from conception).

No harm will come to your cat from you playing with her. And it’s very unlikely that her being allowed to roam you home normally would cause any harm to the kittens either. You can treat her just like any other inside only normal cat.

And don’t’ forget to set up her spay appointment now for when the kittens are 8 weeks old. No need to further populate the earth with more unwanted kittens.

Playing with your cat while she is pregnant is fine. It will NOT hurt the kittens. Maybe play with her with a laser pointer and have her chase it, that will give her the exercise that she needs. Make sure that she has plenty of food and water. And no, a cage is not the answer to what you are going through. Keep her in a safe place though.
When her kittens are ready to be given away, please make sure that you get her spayed so that she does not have any more unwanted babies. There are so many kitty’s that are homeless and that are not cared for. Please help to stop that by getting your kitty fixed. Thanks.
