margo thats terible! you should make sure that the cut is washed, so that is dosent get infected! if it gets infected the kitten will get sick and posibly die harder.

you should make sure noneof the other kittens are going near the cut, and make sure that none of them touch it. if the mother cat licks it its ok but if not thats also fine. try to cover the wound if it is bleeding. you should try going to a vet farther away but sooner.call your vet and ask what to do also, for im no epert.

watch the cat closly, for mabe it was one of the other cats that bitit on the neak and if so you should be careful with that. also look for sharp objects that could have cutit ,for the safness of the others.

I would have ask the same question on this web site .that is why they have this web site .so you can ask a question like that when you have a injured or sick kitty.a question like that show's that you have a heart for animal's and that you care. i hope your kitty will make it. there is not much you can do until you go to your vet on monday.watch the other kitten's around the wound so they don,t make the bleeding worst.let me know how the kitty is doing after you take it to the vet.
