I think it is fine to have a dog and a cat too. We have a family dog, and he does not like cats whatsoever, so when we got our cat Alissa, we kept her indoors and the dog, Chubby, stays outside. IF you already have the cat, and you want to get a dog, I would recommend that you get the dog as a puppy. That way they can get along as the puppy grows up. Good luck with what you choose to do.

if you want a dog and a cat, make sure the dog is cat friendly. if not then keep the dog outside or in a room away from the cat. so its deffinetly posible

Yeah of cours you can have a dog and a cat it just make shure you saperate them if they dont get along pets get just along know sisnce i got reid of roxy=[
but i well live hopefully.we had to get reid of her b/c she kept hurting the cats and atcking the other kittys.so yeah but we found a Good home and the famliy LOVED (Roxy)

Cats and dogs actually make good companions over time. This may not happen with you, but my Best Friend’s dogs and cat are all frienly to each other. I hope this helps.

cats lick you b/c they love you, it’s just their way of saying thank-you to whom takes care of them, it’s their way of saying thank-you for loving me, and feeding me,and just taking care of them..
