We have two four year old female cats, both female are spayed. When can we have kitten met the two older ones. Should we wait until after he’s first set of shots. I read some where that you should wait until 16 weeks old.

I would not wait that long. After his first set of shots is fine. Just introduce them slowly and do not force the introduction.

Agreed. And in case you have never had the joy of introducing cats to one another, there are some helpful links that detail the LOOOOONG process in my response on this post: http://www.cats.com/question/catbehavior/aggression/my-cats-wont-get-along-what-do-i-do/

No, he shouldn\\\’t need his shots. Whenever we get a kitten ( which we have three, one died a while ago) we just let them introduce themselves. We let the kitten wander around, and discover the house themselves and let them discover the other animals too.
