You can NOT give a kitten regular milk!!!! It must be kitten formula only! If this kitten hasn’t pooped in two days, get it to the vet asap!!! Usually by 5 weeks kittens can go on their own without stimulation from you. BUT you should always do this until you know for sure they CAN go on their own.
When you’re stimulating the entire genital area with a warm, damp washcloth, be sure to include the anus. It often helps to make a circular motion that encompasses the entire area. Try for about 10-15 seconds, gently, and then reverse direction for another 10-15 seconds.
Her intestinal passage may be blocked or twisted. Please get her to a vet asap if she does not poop on her own.

well if she’s not with her mama anymore and your bottle feeding her, you’re supposed to stimulate her to use the bathroom. When i handraised my cat,i would take her to the litter box and rub her butt with a cotton ball that i wet with a little warm water. Their mom would normally lick them to get them to go so if you’re handraising them then you have to do it.

First of all do not give regular milk, it must be kitten milk that you can get from the store. Second I would take the kitten to the vet asap cause he could have a bockage that needs to be taken care of. Kittens of have so much room to and thier coluns are only so big before they will rupture. I’m sure you don’t want that to happen.

DON’T GIVE YOUR CAT MILK! i’m sorry for the caps lock, but milk is HORRIBLE especially for kittens! I would give it water, or take it to the vet(or even call your vet) and ask them what to do. It may be something serious so, i would call the vet’s office asap! Good luck to that little kitty.
