Hi! I have had cats all my life and in my experience the best way to get rid of fleas is to buy a box of flea treatment some of these are applied on the neck of the cat in a liquid form. Others you can get are pills that can be givin to the cats as a whole pill or you can grind up the pills and put the ground up pieces into your cats food. My grandma owns a large property of land and has always had cats to catch the mice and her cats have NEVER had fleas. well, try making your cat put a flea collar on. also if they buzz around the cats food put in anti-flea chewables in the food. it wont hurt the cat but it will get rid of the fleas.
