It depends on the temperment of the cat. The cat generally has to be a playful cat to begin with. But if you have a not-so playful cat, try giving it some Red Bull or some energy drink to get it more excited. You can soak some catfood or a taco or something else the cat likes to eat in the energy drink.
Then smear some bacon grease on your dad, point kitty at dad, and pull on her tail. She will probably launch right at him and bite him good. Good luck! Let me know how it goes.

There\\\’s also another option if you don\\\’t have any bacon grease, tacos, or energy drinks. If you can get your hands on a tennis ball machine, then you can just fire your cat out of it into your dad. The high velocity impact will probably be enough incentive to make the cat bite your dad.

Cats shouldn\\\’t be trained to bite people they might end up biting someone else who you don\\\’t the cat to bite (like you) . If you want a practicle joke there are other things you can try that don\\\’t end up hurting your dad and making your cat be badly behaved!
