We found a four month abandoned kitten with conjunctivitis.What should we feed

How far away is the nearest vet? If it isn\\\’t more than maybe an hour or an hour and a half, go a head and drive the kitten to the vet in the next town over.
If you truly do not live anywhere within 100 miles of a vet (which I find hard to believe unless you live in Somalia or somewhere), you will need to treat the kitten yourself. It may go blind or even die if it has a bad infection in its eye and it probably needs an antibiotic. You may be able to get medicine at a farm co-op or even a human pharmacy but you will need to at least call a veterinarian up on the phone and find out the correct dosage and type of medication to buy.
