Actually, cats can have allergies. But often times, when they sneeze it's because it's dusty, or they have a cold. If they keep sneezing they could have a full on respiratory infection which will need medication.

Cats sneeze for the some reasons we do: nose irritations, diseases, being cold ect. I have a cat called sneezy. She is named this because about 20 years ago my father found her out in an alley when he was walking home. My dad took of his coat, wrapped it around the tiny scrap and brought her home. For the first we he had her she was sneezing all the time, thus her name. If my dad hadin’t saved sneezy she would have certainly died.

yes cats can have allergies. my cat sneezes but its not allergies. its upper respiratory disease. nothing to worry about though.
