If your cat is constantly vomiting… it’s time to see the vet.

is it hairballs or food? If hairballs, get some sort of hairball medicine. I’m not quite sure what its called. You can get it at drugstores or Walmart. Also, if you really care about your cat, take it to the vet. If your cat pukes up food, you should just take it to the vet.

Me and my mom took him to the vet already. They gave him antibiotics, but he still coughs up more. Both food and hairballs.

You should get your cat to the vet as soon as posible. It good be a hairball stuck in his tummy, or it could be as bad as stomach cancer! Don’t take the risk! Specialy if you see blood in any of the barf. Then your cat’s life may be at risk!

He may have a infection or a digestive problem. Is he going to the bathroom reguarly? He may have the same digestion problem my cat had. We had to take her to the vet and get checked. They had to put her down because she was so sick they couldn’t save her.

here are some things your cat could possably haave:
is your cat eating than throwing up?
if so, your cat might be ethier of these two thigs:
*Having a hard time digesting:your cat may be having troulble diegesting the food it has been giving. maybe try giving him a chewwyer, eaiyer to diguest kind of food.
*Being alertic to the food:your cat may be allergic to the food it has been giving. In this case, you need to change your cats diet emedietly.
VOMITING:its normal for a cat to vomit acasanly, but in your case , your cat needs somthing done.

HAIRBALLS:brush your cats hair everyday. this will help alot.

HOPE THAT HELPED, MEOW!-

I would hope it’s not really bad to the point he could die. But I would take him to the vet really soon. You should also try to brush him, in your case a lot.

Eek!

Well, if you’ve already tried the vet and antibiotics didn’t work, you may want to go back. Keep some of whatever your cat is coughing up.

Your vet should be able to give you a GOOD hairball medicine, not the cruddy kind you can buy in the grocery store. I think my cat uses laxatone. Give your cat some of that daily and BRUSH BRUSH BRUSH. Brushing will reduce the amount of excess fur your cat takes off when grooming. Also, try a better food. Get something formulated for sensitive stomach. I think Royal Canin (which is what my vet recommends & what I’ve always used & LOVED) makes a dry food formulated for sensitive stomachs.

I really hope for yours and your cat’s sake that it’s not something serious. My cat once ate an entire package of those thick “ouchless” hair bands. It was months before we realized it. Her stomach was firm and pouched out. They thought it was a tumor the first time they felt it. She was vomiting and not eating, but it turned out that the reason was that these bands were taking up all of the space in her stomach! She had no ROOM for food! It cost me about $2000 in vet bills to get the problem righted. Thankfully she’s fine today! :)

Good luck with your kitty!!!
