Can cats have allergies too?
I’m asking this because when my Maine Coon, Boots, gets close to my blanket, he sneezes.

Yes they can.
Food allergies are common, although usually with those you see skin or digestive system reactions rather than sneezing.
Cats can also have allergic (sneezing) reactions to the same things humans do, such as cleaning products used in the home, personal care products, and good old dust.

yes cats can have allergies…my cat roz was bit by a flea and had a very bad allergic reaction and almost died
