Cats love to chase anything that moves. My Earl Gray even “helps” me make the bed. He chases the covers and hides in them. He also is fascinated when I wear long, dangly earrings. It’s just a cat thing.

Its very natural. They like to chase things its a type of a play. It teaches them to catch their prey .
