They might be bored, or they might just be watching for no reason at all.
Throw a toy and see if they chase it. If they do… then you know they just needed something else to “watch”.

no,they are just amused as are we watching them my cats all look at me in different ways,somtimes they just want too play.or are just curious as too what im doing does it have anything too too with or for them.

well they are probably just wondering what we are doing and what people do. Thats probably why your cat just stares at you.
