My neighbour has 2 dogs and whenever we leave the garage door open they chase the cats how do i stop them

cats run away from dogs because their are scared of dogs as cats are smaller than dogs they feel afraid of them.
well you will need to tell your neighbour to keep the dogs away so that when you get out of your garage they will not be able to know where u r.
Also dogs like to chase cats so it would be a little difficult for you

maybe because they are scared and they are scared because the dogs are bigger then them.
