i have a six month old who came into the house litter box trained then one day she just stopped and she is use the restroom in horrible places that are very bad places for my son i have tryed alot of things that people have suggested nothing has worked. any advise how to stopthis behavior?

has anything changed in your home?? different litter? a new pet? anything that would cause the cat to b stressed out?….until u figure out whats wrong i suggestion keeping her in one part of the house such as a room with a litter box, food and water….if possible keep her somewhere where there is nothing for her to urinate on

um….. cats dont go to the bathroom in a dirty litter box. im sure that it wasnt dirty but its VERY important to keep it sparkeling or the cat wont use it. i have to clean my litter box everyday.

Have you spoken to your vet and had her checked for a UTI?? Too many times we assume it’s behavorial when there’s an infection going on. Always rule that out first and then go on to the behavioral issues.
If your cat has had a urinary infection in the past, he may associate the litter box with pain and stop using it. You may need to try a different type of litter box if this is the case.
