You just have to be persistant in the foot touching… but don’t overdo it to te point where the cat becomes aggitated with you. Just touch a little bit everyday until the cat is no longer bothered by it.

Many cats don’t like their feet being touched. Play with your kitten with a toy…coming close to the feet, and eventually touching a foot briefly. Keep doing this increasing the time you have the toy near the foot and then touching the foot. We used catnip mice. It takes time. Try touching further up on the leg and slowly work down to the foot. We did this with our ferals and they love their feet being touched now. We give them foot massages. It’s very helpful when it’s toe nail clipping time.

She might have something stuck on her foot or maybe somethings wrong with it and she doesn’t want you touching it. If she doesn’t then let her get used to you touching her feet. Rub them or just touch them and tell what a good kitty it is. And if that doesn’t work, sometimes cats just don’t like to be touched in certain places.
