my cat loves to be pet on his belly but whenever we are playing he never bites us hard. but your cat is just playing with you so nothing to worry about.

ya, my kitten is the same! he gets really excited at playtime, and owwwWW ..[lol] it really hurt me he bite me on my nose once and this is really bad but he bit me also on my lip!!!!!!!!!!!
