My cat claws me!

Sometimes when I reach down to stroke her she grabs my hand with her claws and thn starts biting me. WHY IS THIS????

It’s natural instinct and she’s just playing. Trim her nails and you will be fine.

its natural…a cat cant help biteing or scratching somthing that moves…..my cat does it sooooo much that when he scratches me now i dont feel the pain…
but if he or she growls while its at it i suggest u put her or him in a room with water, a bed and the litter box for about a half hour he or she should calm down by then….

Your cat might just want to play, but if he/she is a kitten, you should make it clear that biting your hand isn’t okay and try to introduce it to various cat toys, preferably ones that dangle on strings. Cats love those.
