Purring is generaly interpretted as meaning the cat is happy or content, but they will also purr when they are nervous or scared to calm themselves down. I had a neurotic cat who purred constantly but would not go anywhere near us, and was terrified of everything. But I can’t say for sure why your cat does that. She may be constantly happy, or she may be worried, nervous, or scared of something. You’ll have to be the jugde of that.

When your cat purrs it means that your cat is happy and in a good mood. But sometimes they purr because they are scared of something. you may need to see that

my cat prr’s alot too when they prr it mean’s that they are happy they also prr if they get hert it help’s them with the pain and if they are scared they will prr but i agree with misgief_cat123.
